Commission (EFCC) arrests Mr. Donald Chidi Amamgbo, who is believed to be an
associate of the former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Mrs. Diezani
Alison-Madueke.

- Amamgbo companies: Mezcor Oil and Gas Limited, Tridax Oil and
Gas Limited, Lynear Energy Limited and Bulk Strategic Reserved Limited, are
alleged to have been involve in certain shady deals during Alison-Madueke’s
tenure as minister.

- Amamgbo through his companies allegedly
got approval to lift Nigerian crude oil worth millions of dollars over a
period of four years.

- It is reported that a search of his office
and premises by the anti-graft commission yielded documents which could indict
him.
