SSG, AKWA IBOM STATE ACCUSED OF TRIBALISM




-  The Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Mr. Etekamba Umoren has ben accused of tribal sentiments for rejecting of non-annang workers posted to his office in the ongoing civil service redeployment exercise.

-  It is alleged that the SSG instructed the Head of civil service to post an annang permanent secretary, Mr. Uduak George Iwok to his office because he cannot work with a non-annang permanent secretary.
-  It is also alleged that the SSG has polarized his office along tribal sentiments.
-  The aggrieved workers noticed that the tribal sentiments practiced by the SSG are completely strange to the civil service rules of engagements.
