JONATHAN NOT NEEDED TO PROVE CASE AGAINST METUH




-          The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) says former President Jonathan is not needed as a witness in the ongoing case against PDP publicity secretary Olisah Metuh.

-          The commission stated this in a response filed before Justice Okon Abang of a Federal High Court in Abuja.
-          Metuh and his company Destra Investment Limited are being prosecuted by EFCC for fraudulently receiving N400m in Nov. 20014 from office of the National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki.
-          Metuh on February 18th sought and obtained the leave of court to file a no-case submission.
