·         Gov Nyesome Wike of Rivers State; clamps down on cult activities and violence in four LGAs.

·         Sets up measures to deal with those who aid and abate cultist, kidnappers and armed robbers.

·         Notes that insecurity in the troubled LGAs has nothing to do with politics.
