• REPS STOP FRSC FROM INSTALLING SPEED LIMIT DEVICE

-          The House of Representative has stopped Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) from installing speed limit device on vehicles nationwide.
-          Philip Saibu who sponsored the bill noted that the introduction of the speed limit devices will expose motorists to hazards of arm robbery, car snatching and assassination.
-          The house mandated its committee on FRSC to investigate the matter and report back within four weeks.
-          The house also summons the Corps Marshal, Boboye Oyeyemi, to explain the rationale behind the move by the commission.
