FORMER GOVERNORS SUPPORT GOVERNOR UDOM EMMANUEL

-          All former governors of Akwa Ibom have agreed to work together in the interest of peace and development of the state.

-          The resolution for peace was taken under the aegis of the Committee of Former Governors and Deputy Governors of Akwa Ibom State (CFGDGA).

-          All former governors, including Obong Victor Attah who was earlier opposed to the emergence of Gov. Udom Emmanuel as Akpabio’s successor pledged their support.

-          Obong Victor Attah is the Chairman of the forum and his former deputy, Obong Christopher Stephen Ekpenyong is the secretary.
