LAGOS STATE GOVT ESTABLISHES FIRST DNA FORENSIC LAB IN NIGERIA

 ·         The first ever high-powered DNA forensic laboratory to take off within the next 6 – 12 months in Lagos.

·         Lab. will be called the Lagos State DNA Forensic Centre (LSDFC).

·         Lagos State Commissioner for justice, Mr Adeniji Kazim, attributes the establishment of the centre to Gov Ambode’s seriousness towards fighting all forms of criminality.

·         DNA in forensic, law enforcement  and justice is well known globally.
