AGF, EFCC DISAGREE ON WHO SHOULD PROSECUTE SUSPECTS

-          Federal High Court, Lagos ordered both departments to reach an agreement.

-          The 16 suspects were accused of fraud at the Consolidated Discount House Limited.

-           Three separate charges filed against the suspects.

-          Case adjourned to March 3, while parties maintain the status quo ante bellum.
