The village head of Nto Unang in Etim Ekpo LGA
of AKS, Obong Uwem Jumbo Akpanunang, has allegedly conspired with others to
kill some of the youth in his village.

The village head is said to have plotted with
two members of his council, Chief Uko Fred and Isaac Ntuidem to hire assassins
to kill some youth in the area.

The suspects said N400, 000 was paid to some
assassins from Ikot Ibekwe in Ukanafun LGA to kill the following, Edidiong
Judge, Ubong Fred. Uboko Friday and others.

Reports say politicians in the area are alleged
to have planned to cover up the crime.
