The AKHA has commenced auditing of road
maintenance equipment acquired by government.

The Chairman, House Committee on Works and
Transport, Hon Idongesit Ituen disclosed this in an audit program at Ifa Atai
Etoi in Uyo LGA.

He commended governor Udom Emmanuel for prompt
release of he equipment funds.

He promised to use the provisions effectively,
to ensure that deplorable roads are fixed to enable the people use good roads
in the state, before the rainy season.
