BUHARI TO INTERVENE AS SENATE INVITES MINISTER OVER FUEL CRISIS

-           There is indication that President Buhari has made moves to avoid the escalation of the poor relationship between Asiwaju Tinubu and the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Mr. Ibe Kachikwu.
-          Reportedly, Buhari believes that Tinubu’s criticism and Kachikwu’s statement could adversely affect the party.
-          Allegedly, President Buhari has warned APC Chieftains and members against comments that could tear the Party and derail his administration.
-       The Senate Committee on Petroleum Resources had conducted an assessment of the fuel situation, and thereby issued a directive to Kachikwu to appear before it today.
