COMMISSIONER APPEALS FOR INTERVENTION IN SPECIAL EDUCATION CENTRE

  -  The AKS Commissioner for Education, Elder Aniekan Akpan, has appealed to the state Government to provide full boarding facilities in the special education centre in Uyo.

-          The commissioner stated this on Tuesday, when the First Lady, Mrs. Martha Emmanuel visited the centre.
-         The commissioner explained that there are 965 students in the school, with different talents, which can be harnessed for the good of the country through FEYREP.
-          He expressed optimism that the intervention will make the student to raise to the faith of “the Dakadda initiative”.
