The AKS Commissioner for Education, Elder
Aniekan Akpan, has appealed to the state Government to provide full boarding
facilities in the special education centre in Uyo.
- The commissioner stated this on Tuesday, when
the First Lady, Mrs. Martha Emmanuel visited the centre.
-
The commissioner explained that there are 965
students in the school, with different talents, which can be harnessed for the
good of the country through FEYREP.
- He expressed optimism that the intervention will
make the student to raise to the faith of “the Dakadda initiative”.
