BAYELSA GOVERNOR’S SISTER RESCUED FROM ABDUCTORS


  • -  26-year-old Nancy, sister of the Bayelsa State Gov, Mr. Seriake Dickson, has been rescued by the security forces after two months of abduction.
  • - A statement from the state government signed by the chief press secretary to the governor, Daniel Iworiso-Markson, says the lady was freed without the payment of a ransom.
  • -      Miss Dickson was kidnapped at about 2.50 pm on Saturday, December 19, 2015; at her shop located on Okaka Road, Yenagoa, the state capital.
  • -      Dickson called on the people of the state not to succumb to the demands made by kidnappers, and other criminals.
