CHINA TO ESTABLISH INTERNATIONAL MARITIME JUDICIAL CENTRE



-          A top court in china announced on Sunday that it seeks to establish an international maritime judicial centre to shore up its territorial claims to the south and East China Sea.

-          Reports claim that Beijin has refused to participate in the arbitration set by the Philistine in hope of settling competing territorial claims in the region.
-          China hopes that the new maritime judiciary centre will help her implement its strategy of achieving a strong maritime country.
-          Head of the Supreme People’s Court, Zhou Qiang, said the centre will resolutely resolve and defend China’s National Sovereignty.
