Some residents of
Oghareki in Ethiope West LGA of Delta have appealed to the state govt. to
complete the abandoned N23.2b Independent Power Plant (IPP) project in the
area.

They made the
appeal in separate interviews with newsmen in Oghareki recently.

According to
them, the completion of the project will provide electricity and create jobs in
the area.
- -
They expressed
worries that the project which was started in 2009 had not been complete till
date.
