- Movement for the Actualization of Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) and Biafra Independent Movement (BIM) have alleged that the police is killing its members secretly.

It alleged that the Anambra State Police Command
have killed 20 of its members.

The Regional Administrator (Anambra West), Mr.
Wilfred Arinze alleged that most of those killed by police are those caught
with Biafran plate numbers and Insignia.

He alleged that early this year, some of its
members were secretly arrested by the police and allegedly killed and that the
number increased subsequently.
