AK PEOPLE URGED TO EMBRACE AGRICULTURE

       -   The acting general manager of the A’Ibom Newspaper Corporation (AKNC), Mr. Marvellous –Friday Udo; has advised A’Ibom people to embrace agriculture as an alternative to the failing oil sector.

-     -     He gave the advice when the organizers of the Mme Dakkanda 1st A’Ibom Food Security and Health Care Expo paid him a visit in his office

-      -    He recalled when the country was thriving on agriculture, stressing that the sector holds even more promises than what was being experienced in the country.

-     -     He said back in the 1960s, agriculture had sustained the country, but this path of glory was later ignored.
