Nigerian Army has reportedly arrested six suspects in the ongoing communal
crisis in Ibi LGA, Taraba state.

Commanding Officer of 93 Battalion, Takum, Lt.
Col. Chima Egemole yesterday paraded the suspects before journalists in Takum.

According to Chima, peace meetings were held in
Ibi as directed by Army High Command, but the rampaging youths turned deaf
ears, yet still fermenting trouble.

The suspects were paraded alongside the arms and
ammunition recovered from them.
