Legal practitioners apply for prosecution and
charge of contempt of court charge against attackers of the integrity of Justices
of the supreme court of Nigeria.

The group led by Olukayode Ajulo, said a lawyer
is an officer of the court, and must do everything within the ambit of the law
to protect the court.

He decries reliance on the rules of professional
conduct for legal practitioners 2007.
He mentioned persons culpable for prosecution to
include Dr. Amadu Attai and Mr. Umana Okon Umana.
