UEFA TO FIND A SUCCESSOR FOR INFANTINO ON FRIDAY

-          UEFA says they will name a new temporary general secretary on Friday to take over from the new FIFA president, Gianni Infantino.

-          UEFA's executive committee will meet on Friday morning in Nyon to decide on the matter.

-          Sources say Greece's Theodore Theodoridis appears to be favourite for the job of UEFA secretary.

-          The role of UEFA secretary is important as President Michel Platini is banned from all football activities for six years, although he is engaged in legal proceedings to have that ban overturned.
