FUEL SCARCITY: BISHOP TASKS NIGERIANS TO BLAME BUHARI, NOT KACHIKWU

-          Rt. Rev. Johnson Ekwe, Bishop of Niger-West Anglican Communion in Anambra State says Nigerians who have blamed the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Dr. Ibe Kachikwu over the lingering fuel crisis have misdirected the attacks.

-          Rev. Ekwe disclosed this to Journalists after the dedication of a new church building donated to the Anglican Church of Umuatuolo-Umueri Community by sons of the community led by Senator Emma Anosike.
-          The Priest stated that President Buhari is the substantive Minister of Petroleum from who Kachikwu takes instructions; and Nigerians should not ask Kachikwu to resign.

-           The Clergy also frowned at the activities of herders who use sophisticated rifles to maim rape, rob and destroy farmlands, only to be protected by federal security when they are confronted.
