COURT REMANDS DRIVER FOR DEFILING MINOR

-           An Ikaja High Court presided by Justice Oluwatoyin Ipaye has revoked the bail granted a driver, Samuel Akanni for allegedly defiling a 7-year-old girl, and remanded him in prison custody.

-          The prosecution told the court that the Defendant committed the offence on July 4, 2013 in his residence at No. 31 Powerline Str., Agege, Lagos.

-          The prosecution added that Aganni was CAUGHT when the victim, told her mother when she kept having unusual discharges from her private part.

-          The victim and her father were in court as witnesses, as tha Judge adjourned the case to April 19 and 20 for trial continuation.
