NYSC REFUTES DEDUCTIONS IN CORPS MEMBERS ALLOWANCES

-           The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has refuted a media report that the scheme plans to deduct Corps members’ allowances by 25% due to Nigeria’s present poor economy.

-          This was contained in a statement signed by NYSC Director of Press and Public Relations, Mrs. Abosede  Aderibigde.

-          She noted that the report was false, urging Corps members and members of the public to discard the rumour.

-          Aderibigde tasked Corps members to remain focused and committed as they continue to diligently serve their fatherland.
