Delta state Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa has flagged
off its “FAST TRACK 90” scheme to quicken the issuance of
Certificate-of-Occupancy (C of O) to property owners in the state.

Governor Okowa while flagging off the scheme
said the policy would enhance the ease of doing business and create possibility
for property owners to obtain their C of O within 90 days.

He noted that the essence of the scheme is to
remove all impediments in the acquisition of legal titles and quick issuance of
Certificates of Occupancy to property owners in Delta state.

He explained that with the new policy, property
owners would obtain C of O with digital electronic features within a maximum of
90 days.
