Operatives of the Anti-Pipeline Vandalism Unit
of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) have arrested Mr.
Seibagha Perekeye.

Perekeye was arrested over his
alleged involvement in the vandalism of a pipeline owned by Nigerian Agip Oil
Company (NAOC) at Olugboboro, Southern Ijaw LGA, Bayelsa state.

Olugbo Kingdom leaders have
condemned the rising attacks on the Company’s facilities by vandals and the
explosion triggered by dynamite.

Reportedly, the alleged suspect
and four others at large, were alleged masterminds of last week’s attack on
Tebidaba-Brass pipeline.
