A’IBOM LAWMAKERS PASS VOTE OF CONFIDENCE ON SPEAKER

-          Members of Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly have passed a vote of confidence in the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Onofiok Luke and other principal officers of the assembly.

-          This vote was given in a unanimous resolution passed by the House, Tuesday at plenary.

-          The lawmakers said they have explicit confidence and trust in the ability of the Speaker to pilot the affairs of the sixth assembly.

-          The position of the House is sequel to information brought before the assembly by the member representing Itu State Constitution, Hon. Idongesit Ituen.
