NCE TEACHERS TO TEACH IN THEIR AREAS OF SPECIALISATION

-          2016/ 2017 academic year, NCE teacher s in public primary schools will be teaching subjects they specialize in.

-          The Commissioner for Education, Elder Aniekan Akpan reiterated Govt’s decision during the Silver Jubilee Matriculation Ceremony of AKS College of Education, Afaha Nsit.

-          The Commissioner charged the matriculating students to see themselves as teachers who would train others to become leaders of tomorrow.

-          The Commissioner explained that the National Council of Colleges of Education has given accreditation of more courses in the institution, justas it is affiliated to the University of Uyo to offer Degree Programmes.
